The dissertation is devoted to the problem of improvement of tertiary wastewater treatment from suspended solids by filtration via synthetic non-woven materials as needle punched lavsan canvas.For the first time, the method of parameters design of filtering of wastewater via synthetic non-woven material been developed and the impact of key factors to the process of removing suspended solids has been evaluated. The design of the filter structure of tertiary wastewater treatment from suspended solids, which is used to regenerate the vacuum method to prolong the lifetime of the needle-punched lavsan canvas has been worked out. The recommendations for the design of filters by using of synthetic needle-punched lavsan canvas at low-productivity stations have been developed.
