The dissertation is dedicated to studying morphogenesis of the tibia when applying into the proximal part of tibia diaphysis through defects in white rats of different ages. Using modern morphological research methods (osteometry, histomorphometry, biochemical analysis, phase X-ray scatter analysis, biomechanical testing and mathematics) were obtained new data about age changes in growth, structure, chemical composition, ultrastructure of bone mineral and strength characteristics of the tibia when applying it a through defect. For the first time were described changes in the structure of the proximal epiphyseal cartilage and ultrastructure of bone mineral of tibia arising after application of the defect in it, depending on the age of the experimental animals. The expediency of the use of bioflavonoid quercetin to correct adverse changes in morphogenesis of the tibia after applying it through defect was justified.
