Object: training of future managers of organizations and administration in higher education; objective: theoretical development, scientific justification and experimental testing of structural and functional model of training of future managers of organizations and administration for using of information technologies in their professional activities; methods: theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty: the structural-functional models of training of future managers of organizations and administration for the usage of new information technologies are theoretically developed, scientifically substantiated and experimentally verified for the first time; the components of formation of informatics competencies (motivational, cognitive, method of activity, reflective) are defined; pedagogical conditions of future managers training for using of new information technologies in professional activities (the availability of motivational attitude to the use of new information technologies in professional activities, the focus on education and self-education during the whole life, the creative involvement of students in research work with the use of new information technologies, the creation of information and educational space for training of future managers, the realization of interdisciplinary ties in the process of training for the use of new information technologies); the essence of the concepts "informatics competencies", "informatics competency of manager of organizations and administration" are refined; the criteria of formation of specified competence (motivational, cognitive, criterion of activity, reflective), the levels of its formation (low, medium, sufficient, high); the informatics training of future managers of organizations and administration acquired a further development; results: the main statements of the thesis can be used to improve the process of training of managers for using of new information technologies in professional activities, in the practice in educational institutions, in training of future managers in postgraduate program of Higher Education; the field: theory and methods of vocational education.
