Essay

The thesis deals with the problem of the future teacher professional development in terms of information-educational environment of scientific libraries. Found that the main features of development are: the inner knowledge of appropriate internal freedom of the individual, commitment, self-actualization. Done psycho-pedagogical and philosophical analysis of the professional development of future teachers. During the formation of students' readiness for professional development model is developed and the basic assumptions of interaction of students and librarians. Justified and components installed in the professional development of students information-educational activity: motivational, cognitive, personal and active. To determine the levels of professional-pedagogical development of students such criteria were used: professional orientation, professional skills, professional qualities that during the study revealed us through appropriate indicators. The thesis proposed and analyzed diagnostic program assessing the level of professional development of future teachers, which was tested in the course of ascertaining and used in the molding experiment.
