The thesis analyzes the research problems of future lawyers to use information technology in professional activities. Author determined, reasonable, and formed experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of training future lawyers to use information technology in professional activities. Developed and substantiated the author's model of preparing future lawyers to use information technology in professional work, which reflects the process of providing advanced IT training students - future lawyers, the formation of continuous self-development needs and skills of self-education, independent and creative approach to acquiring knowledge in further professional activity, improved: approaches to Targeting IT training based on separation of context - dependent subject field of the future jurist components of students' readiness to use IT, content, forms, methods and means of teaching IT future lawyers who are associated with the corresponding profile of learning and provides comprehensive studies of IT in universities. The recommendations on the implementation of the developed model of training future lawyers to the use of information technology in professional activities.
