Object - the process of professional training of teachers of history and social science; goal - a theoretical basis to develop and experimentally test methodology of the research culture of the future teachers of history and social science in the process of professional training; methods - analysis of scientific, educational materials, comparison, synthesis, modeling, interview, questionnaire, survey, observation, learning outcomes in students, pedagogical experiment, mathematical statistics; novelty - theoretically founded, developed and tested a model of the research culture of the future teachers of history and social studies in the vocational training system based on the integration of historical and philosophical categories, the methodology of the research culture in the future teachers of history and social science, which is based on the developed model and implemented in terms of the learning process, diagnostic, motivational oriyentuvalnym, meaningful, operational-activity and control-еvaluation stage; clarified the meaning of "research culture of the future teachers of history and social science"; criteria and indicators research culture in the formation of future teachers of history and social science were further developed; results - the methodology of the research culture in the future teachers of history and social science, a system of multi-level research tasks; implemented in the educational process of Kharkiv National Pedagogical University G.S.Skovoroda, Kharkiv National University V.N.Karazin, Kharkiv Humanitarian-Pedagogical Academy, Sumy State Pedagogical University Makarenko; industry - professional education.
