The thesis is devoted to study of an actual problem of age aspects of reparative osteogenesis of the long bones in normal conditions and when body is exposed to extracellular dehydration. The possibility of morfofunctional changes correction using simvastatin also studied. The research of fracture healing processes has been carried out through histological, cytological, histomorphometric, spectrophotometric and biomechanics methods and also with the use of scanning electronic microscopy with microanalysis. The study that has been carried out suggests that the course of the reparative processes of traumatise tibia bone, in normal conditions as well as in extracellular dehydration conditions is different in animals of various age groups which is associated with changes in the functional activity of bone tissue at different ages. Using simvastatin corrector improves the course of reparative processes in the later stages, making the regenerate tissue composition better, as well as its mineral composition, that ultimately leads to the optimisation of the strength properties and as the result shortens recovery time of the function.
