Gaida A. Models and mechanisms of operational management by resources portfolio of projects science intensive enterprises

Thesis deals with the problem of improving the efficiency of science intensive enterprises through the rational allocation of resources of the performers of portfolio of projects based on scientifically based models and technologies operational resource management portfolio of projects. On the basis of analysis of the characteristics of the science intensive enterprises and projects was proposed information model of project, the models and mechanisms of classifications status of the project, the model for calculating the cost of ownership of resources and the model of optimal allocation of resources between projects, taking into account the cost of ownership, current and expected states of the project, was proposed the new model of operational management of resources.
