Kashperuk S. Border Guard Cadets’Law Awareness Formation in the Process of the Jurisprudence Disciplines Study

The analysis of the current state of the border guard cadets’ law awareness formation has been carried out. The essence, content of the border guard cadets’ law awareness formation in the process of the jurisprudence disciplines study and the peculiarities of law awareness formation in the process of their education at the higher educational establishment of the border agency. The content of the evaluation criteria of the border guard cadets’ law awareness formation level has been specified. The following pedagogical conditions of the border guard cadets’ law awareness formation in the process of the jurisprudence disciplines study have been grounded: improvement of the border guard cadets’ theoretical and applied legal knowledge; the border guard cadets’ law awareness formation during non-classroom hours; implementation of the preventive prediction of the border guard cadets’ law awareness deformation during the educational process at the higher educational establishment. The pedagogical technology of the border guard cadets’ law awareness formation in the process of the jurisprudence disciplines study has been worked out and its effectiveness has been proved experimentally. The technology includes four component parts: conceptual, semantic, procedural, evaluative and resultative.
