Lapko A. Legal and Psychological Bases of Preparation of Militia Workers to Professional Activity

The thesis is devoted to the problem of optimization of psychological preparation of militia workers in everyday and psychologically tense terms. The modern state of normatively-legal regulation of psychological preparation and its organizationally-methodical basis are analyzed; factors and determinations of professional activity of militia workers are defined in ordinary and psychologically tense situations. Expediency is reasonable and offered principles of morally-psychological preparation of militia workers as a constituent of the morally-psychological providing of operatively-functional activity. Organizationally-legal and methodical directions of optimization of professional psychological preparation are determined.
