Essay

Dissertation deals with the organization of the physical culture specialists' training at the higher sports educational institutions in Ukraine during 1930 - 1991. The following factors of higher sports educational institutions network formation were revealed: political, which were justified in the decision of physical movement of Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union from 16.10.1929; defensive, resulting that importance of physical culture equated to pre-conscription military training; health, because of the demands of the workers to implement physical culture as a means of healing and performance enhancement; public, determined by the needs of collectivists education.
