Essay

dissertation research is devoted to the history of creation and activity of Council of Folk Ministers of UPR from the moment of its creation to defeat of the Ukrainian Central Rada. On the basis of wide sources of literature basic governmental work assignments are analyzed to the capture of Kyiv by Bolsheviks troops, in evacuation, at the terms of the German-Austrian being in Ukraine. The problems of process of forming of composition of CFM, reasons of their permanent changes, providing of activity are illuminated.
