The thesis is a comprehensive scientific research of the organizational and legal principles of the activities of the public prosecution authorities aimed at representing the interests of a citizen or the state before the court and their advancing in this direction.Taking into consideration the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the domestic legislation, the institutional legal framework and the data obtained from the prosecutorial practice, the thesis reveals the nature of the organizing elements of the activities of the public prosecution in this direction, the peculiarities of the organization, lays down science-based suggestions for improving the active legislation, the institutional legal framework and the practice of their application
