Essay

On the basis of analysis of the scientific literature, and considering actual practice of secondary schools' social pedagogues, the essence and meaning of organizational and pedagogical activities was cleared out. The system-oriented model of organizational and pedagogical activities of secondary school social pedagogue was theoretically grounded and tested. The developed model reflects the interaction of specialist with members of social and pedagogical activities to ensure multichannel socializing and educational impact on students.
