The thesis deals with theoretical and methodological substantiation of organization-administrative anti-financial fraud mechanism in the field of entrepreneurial activity as a threat to economic security of Ukraine. The paper sets out the essence and content of science category "financial fraud", identifies negative external effects (externalities) of economic fraud that are main threat and key factor of negative influence on the national economy and system of government as they are having a destructive impact on the system of economic relations in the field of entrepreneurial activity, increasing shadow processes and having a dysfunctional effect on macroeconomic management.
