The nature of the professional ethics of the employees of the Public Prosecution Office was analyzed in the dissertation as a part of the universal ethics, professional ethics and as a one of the kinds of the legal ethics. The content of the Code of Professional Ethics and the Behavior of the Employees of the Public Prosecution Office was analyzed. The regulations of the Code have both statutory/regulatory and moral/ethical nature.
