Shadrina A. The formation of future teachers' creative potential by means of law disciplines.

The object is a process of professional preparation of the future teacher at higher pedagogical educational establishment; the goal is to determine the influence of implementation of scientifically substantiated technology of forming creative potential of the future teacher by means of General Law courses on formation of the individual characteristics in students of the higher pedagogical educational establishment; methods are theoretical, empirical, methods of mathematical statistics; the novelty implies the technology of forming of students' creative potential which was for the first time theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested; the matter of "creative potential of the future teacher" notion was specified, forms and methods of teaching of the General Law courses have obtained the further development; the results can be used by professors for renewal of content of lectures and practicals in the General Law courses; when writing undergraduate, degree and master's degree theses by students; when writing course books, textbooks, special courses; in the system of continuous education of teacher of the modern general education school; the field is pedagogics.
