Essay

The thesis is devoted to Kochubeys - one of the most powerful families of Cossack's officers clans of the Left-Bank Hetmanate. On the basis of wide range of sources the personal membership of the genus is reconstructed, the originis of the formation and growth of their estates? complexes and its character is traced. The Kochubey genus participation in political life of the Hetmanate is described. Personal ties of some individual members of the Kochubey family with Cossack's officer families and other significant society groups.
