Brodova O. Pedagogical conditions for formation of future pilots' communicative skills in the process of mastering of psychological and pedagogical disciplines

The research is devoted to the problem of formation of future pilots' communicative skills in the process of mastering of psychological and pedagogical disciplines. As a result of the research, conceptual grounds of the organization of future pilots' communicative skills formation was carried out, the model of communicative skills formation was worked out and pedagogical conditions were determinate. The following definitions were given: "future pilots' communicative skills", "system of future pilots' communicative skills formation". Also the necessary communicative skills, which the pilot should possess for cooperation in crew, have been defined. The psychological and pedagogical conditions of communicative skills' formation have been defined. Besides, a special course "Pilots' communicative skills in the professional sphere" was developed, psychological and pedagogical training necessary for the formation of future pilots was used, problem solving and situational tasks were trained on simulator training. In accordance with the purpose, tasks and methods of the present research, traditional and experimental methods of psychological and pedagogical teaching were compared. The comparison of obtained results gives the right to acknowledge positive changes in the levels of formed communicative skills of students.
