Essay

The thesis is devoted to a problem of formation of dialogical culture of future elementary school teachers. Scientific approaches to the basic concepts, namely: "dialogical culture", "dialogical culture of future elementary school teachers", the detailed concept "culture", "dialogical culture" are considered in the thesis on the basis of synthesis of studying of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical sources; the content of formation of dialogical culture of future elementary school teachers was given further development. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of results of experimental work confirmed efficiency of application of the offered methods and methodical recommendations concerning the formation of dialogical culture of future elementary school teachers. The investigation and experimental program is realized by means of various nonconventional forms of work which optimized scientific research, formation of skills of dialogical culture and development of students' reflection. The developed special course "A technique of formation of dialogical culture of future teachers" is aimed at assistance to students' acquiring the basic concepts concerning purpose, contents, forms and methods of dialogical culture by means of modern interactive methods, abilities to solve pedagogical situations, to plan lesson using pedagogical situations and to carry out study; formation the need for self-estimation, self-development, self-education future teachers.
