Essay

The thesis analyzes conversions from one denomination to another Orthodox, Catholic and Greek Catholic parishioners and their churches. The causes of the transition of the Uniates and Catholics to Orthodoxy and Orthodox parishioners to Catholicism and the Union. Based on wide sources the author found that full accession in Volyn Uniate Church in 1839 there was due to religious policy of the Russian Empire.
