Andriievska L. Formation of consumer properties of paper for products sanitary purposes

The thesis is concerned with problems of the actual for commodity and trading as well as pulp and paper industry to improve a functional and aesthetic properties and reliability of tissue paper products. The expediency of use of polyvinyl-alcohol fibers in the composition of paper from waste paper in order to improve the strength in dry and wet conditions was proved. The possibility of improving the ability of absorbing and paper bulk by increasing the degree of grinding recycled supply was established. The possibility increasing the aesthetic qualities of paper, such as whiteness by flotation purification of waste paper paste using a polyacrylamide composition of chemicals was defined. In this case was proved an improvement in other indicators: absorbing capacity, mechanical strength. The expediency of the use of paper in the composition of sulphated bleached pulp of coniferous wood sulphate bleached pulp and hardwood developed to varying lengths of fibers in certain proportions was proved. It increased a mechanical strength and absorbing ability. The possibility of use of biocidal preparation "Biocide-354" to produce special paper in order to improve the microbiological purity was proved. It was entered a participation in the development of technological regulations of sanitary and domestic products manufacture in an integrated processing line of "Gambini" in the Kiev Cardboard and Paper Mill.
