Korol V. Forming of managerial competence of future officers of fire safety in the process of professional training

The purpose of research: To substantiate theoretically and to verify experimentally the model of forming managerial competence of future officers of fire safety of State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the process of professional training in higher educational establishments. Scientific novelty of the results obtained: - for the first time: the model of forming managerial competence of future officers of fire safety in the process of professional training is developed. It is presented as a totality of appropriate components of professional training connected in content, function and procedure that create the system of managerial training and ensure obtaining its integral result - managerial competence; organizational and pedagogical conditions of implementation of model of forming managerial competence of future officers of fire safety in the process of professional training are substantiated (organizational and methodological support of forming managerial competence of future officers of fire safety; connection between subjects; purposeful managing by teachers the learning process of cadets during all types of lessons and all stages of professional training taking into account the potential possibilities of self-management in learning activities; organization of quasi-managerial activities of cadets; organization and development of subject-subject relationships between teachers and cadets; purposeful forming of praxeological component of managerial competence in the process of practical training of cadets; creation of modern infrastructure and material and technical equipment of professional training);
