First grounded socio-economic approaches to the improvement of the availability of medicines for the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke by a comprehensive pharmacoeconomic evaluation of pharmacotherapy of this category of patients, development of methodological principles of effective drug product range and assortment optimization policy on industrial pharmaceutical company and determine the need for neuroprotective drugs for patient care. As a result of the complex (organizational, economic, marketing, medical, social, pharmacoeconomic) research the model of effective product range of drugs in the domestic industrial pharmaceutical company with its further development on the example of nootropics “Lira” was proposed.
