Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem - a study of neuron-glial-capillary relationships in the upper frontal gyrus of the cerebral cortex of human. Original reliable indicators are obtained, they highlight the nature of neuron-glial-capillary relations of the upper frontal gyrus of the human brain. In the study it was determined the density of neurons, glial cells and capillaries, as a result it was found out the quantitative characteristics of the components in above mentioned areas of the cortex of the left and right hemispheres of human of different genders and ages. The relationship of the density of neurons and capillaries with age was confirmed by this research. The lowering density of neurons and capillaries with age was detected. It was determined that simultaneously with age increasing it observes increasing of the density of glial elements. Also the hypothesis was formulated, that changing of quantitative ratios of neurons and capillaries, neurons and glia may be due to the restructuring of the trophy of neurons. Morphometric differences of neuron-glial-capillary relationships of persons of the opposite sex in upper frontal gyrus of the human brain was identified or the first time. In addition, for the first time it was considered the problem concerning the asymmetry of cellular composition of the frontal lobe of the human brain. Thus, the morphological variability of the upper frontal gyrus of the cortex of the human brain during ontogenesis was confirmed and characterized in the study process.
