Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of three-dimensional structure of glands and their blood microcirculatory bloodstream in peripheral and central zones of a prostate gland. Stereomorphological examination was performed on 30 preparations of the prostate gland using plastic three-dimensional reconstruction based on serial histological sections in a horizontal plane. A study of circulatory intraorganic bloodstream is accompanied by method of injection and corrosion which indicates spatial presentation about examined structures. Histological and immunohistochemical analyses of cellular components of terminal sections' walls and excretory ducts were performed. Morphometric peculiarities of tissue components, terminal sections, ducts' systems, intraluminal microstructures of glandular components, and also intraorganic bloodstream of the prostate gland were analyzed. Classification of ducts' system and conceptual position about functional essence, peculiarities and differences in a structural organization of excretory ducts and mechanisms of secretion were accompanied and formulated based on received results of complex streomorphological examination.
