The dissertation is dedicated to the establishment of structural features and links of hemomicrocircular channel of irido-corneal angle of the eyeball of a white rat in the dynamics of the course of experimental opioid exposure. We have researched the reguliarities of morphological changes in tissues and levels of hemomicrocircular channel of irido-corneal angle of the eyeball in dynamics under the influence of opioid and the compensatory ability of the structures of investigated area in early discontinuation of opioid effects was defined.
