Essay

The historiography of the problem of the research has been cleared up. The preconditions of forming of the system of preparation of pre-school workers to professional activity have been revealed. Formation and development of the system of staff for pre-school education preparation in the history of domestic pedagogical thought has been studied. The content, forms and methods of the mentioned preparation according to scientifically grounded stages have been characterized. Perspectives of using historic experience of development of the system of staff for pre-school education preparation to their professional activity at the present stage have been traced. Prognostic tendencies of development and improvement of the system of staff for pre-school education in Ukraine preparation have been formulated.
