Essay

A research object is agriculture as activity, directed on the production of goods of plant-grower and achievement of stability of agroekosistem (on the example of the Kharkov area). Ecologically balanced husbandry was offered to consider as an alternative scientifically justified husbandry system. The natural and ecological, social and economic pre-conditions and spatial patterns of formation of the husbandry system in Kharkiv region have been defined and analyzed. The structure and dynamic of cultivation of the major crops in farms of all categories, spatial features of production, productivity, profitability and sale of the main crop at the agricultural enterprises in the region were analyzed. Specialization of the production at the agricultural enterprises within the districts of Kharkiv region. Grouping of districts on agroecological and economic indicators based on results of cluster analysis the development of husbandry were executed. Classes of land by ecological stability with help of geoinformatic modeling of relief and mode of surface runoff based on an example of Chuguiv, Pechenijsky, Velykoburlutsky districts were highlighted. The main problems of the modern husbandry of Kharkiv region have been analyzed. The long-term prospects of formation of ecologically balanced husbandry were detected and the main recommendations on the formation ecologically balanced husbandry at the regional level were given. Scientific developments on efficiency of the use of the landed resources in the aspect of the ecologically balanced agriculture in the Kharkov area can be useful at program of socio-economic development of region development, and also for optimization of the system of agriculture at regional level.
