Essay

Research object: functional state of lymphoid tissue of small intestines, formation of microbiocenosis of blind gut cavity, change of state of non-specific organism resistance of egg-laying hens on the background of conducted vaccination under the effect of phytobiotics and humats. Purpose of research: immune structures of small intestine walls and their ultrastructure, micro flora and activity of proteolytic ferments, indices of non-specific organism resistance. Methods of research: clinico-physiological, biochemical, immunological, microbiological, morphological, histological and electronic microscopic and statistical. Scientific novelty: the thesis presents the results that characterize the formation dynamics of different indices of morpho-functional state of intestine immune structures of replacement young animals of poultry in different periods of postnatal ontogenesis on the background of vaccination. The age peculiarities of adaptogenesis of blind gut ecosystem, formation of hollow and parietal digestion of protein substrates in duodenum of chicks during post-vaccination period were determined. The administration of vaccine antigens causes the range of adaptive reactions in the whole organism as well as in intestinal tract in different periods of postnatal ontogenesis that demonstrates the weakening of the non-specific resistance, the activity of proteolysis ferments, the quantity of main representatives of blind gut micro flora, the increase of the number of isolated lymphoid nodes and additional functioning of Peyer's patches in mucous membrane of small intestine. There is a possibility of immunological adaptation correction of lymphoid tissue associated with intestine mucous membrane at administration of phyto medicinal product containing eucalyptus and vitamin C and feed additive "Humilid" that facilitates the stabilization of immunophysiological state of organism of young poultry on the background of conducted vaccination. Proposed: the application of phyto medicinal product containing eucalyptus and vitamin C and feed additive "Humilid" aiming at the prevention of development and leveling of the consequences of post-vaccine stress in the organism of young poultry. The declaration patent was obtained on utility model № 88886 "The method of immune status correction and normalization of intestinal tract micro flora of young poultry on the background of post-vaccine stress". Introduced: the materials of the thesis are used during the course Normal and pathologic physiology", "Immunology and morphology", Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies after S.Z.
