Essay

This article examines social and political conditions and ideological factors of formation of Soviet partisan movement in the North-Eastern Ukraine, characteristic stages of its development, qualitative and quantitative composition. Reconstructed main areas of combat activities of Soviet partisans in Chernihiv and Sumy region. Analyzed the relationship with the civilian population, the organization and operation of support services (supply, intelligence, health services), work of propaganda and agitation.
