Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of preconditions, preparation, motion and results of the Stolypin's agrarian reform in the Chernihiv province. The specific features of leadthrough of reform are elusidated in the region. The processes of privatization and formation of individual peasant economies on Chernihiv region were investigated and their features in the different districts of the province were exposed. Peasantry land bank activity, migratory processes, cooperative motion and moods of peasantry in the province are analysed in the Stolypin's agrarian reform period. The socio-economic consequences of reform for the peasantry of Chernihiv region were found out.
