Starostina A. Models and methods of integration processes management in programs of project-oriented urban economy enterprises

The thesis is devoted to the development of scientific and methodological fundamentals of integration processes management in project-oriented programs of urban economy enterprises. The existing approaches to the management of the programs of project-oriented enterprises of urban economy have been analyzed. The validation approach has been chosen as the most appropriate to assess the degree of stakeholders' satisfaction with the values of the program. The conceptual model of software for the project-oriented urban economy enterprises management-has been developed. The process model of the software management on the basis of the validation approach had been elaborated. The value-oriented model of the program demonstrating the process of obtaining its overall value has been formulated. The method of initiation of values at the stage of initiation of project-oriented programs of urban economy enterprises and the method of its formation has been developed on the basis of the validation approach. The mechanism of the program monitoring, which is based on the theory of structure has been proposed. The practical implementation of the elements of the proposed methodology has been scrutinized.
