Essay

The basic parameters of estimation of efficiency were defines to the portfolio of projects of corporation: requirements of users, technological descriptions of making of products of project, features of corporate culture and level of competences of personnel of corporation. The system model of key parameters of project was built for determination of efficiency of a portfolio of projects. On its basis the method of computation of main signs of project is built. A method was tested on a practical example and is led to it's capacity.
