Object - the process of training cadets of the MIA of Ukraine; goal - to identify the impact of theoretically grounded and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of formation of emotional and volitional culture students on the dynamics of its level; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical, innovation - first theoretically grounded pedagogical conditions of emotional and volitional culture cadets during training; The essence of the emotional-volitional Culture future officer as an integrative personality, characterized by the ability to adequately exercise their own emotions and respond to the emotions of others, to manage the emotional state and the emotional reactions to internal and external influences, self-regulation, self-organizing their lives and activities, aspirations and self needs, and identify self-willed qualities of psychophysiological patterns of activity, expertise and skills to ensure compliance with professional features law enforcement officers; criteria (motivational, cognitive, behavioral, reflective, personal) and indicators of levels of emotional and volitional culture cadets during training; were developed further provision for meaningful structural components of emotional and volitional Culture future officers as part of their training; results - pedagogical conditions of emotional and volitional culture cadets during training experimentally tested and implemented in the educational process of higher educational establishments of Ukraine.
