Essay

Theoretical and empirical problems of psychological research of individual customs officials in the context of the specifics of his profession is considered. The characteristics and performance of the individual areas of workers of different departments of customs authorities with different levels of professional experience are determined. On the base of empirical research there are developed practical recommendations on the implementation of certain areas of the psychological system of professional activity of customs bodies. Presented program and the algorithm of the program of special psychological training of customs and assess its effectiveness.
