Objective and subjective factors of professional lawyers'consciousness, the criteria, indicators and levels of the development of professional lawyers'consciousness have been defined. Special features of modeling the development of professional lawyers' consciousness in the process of professional and vocational training have been revealed. Information about the organization and methods of the research has been provided, methodical complex for diagnostics of the level of the development of components of professional lawyers' consciousness has been worked out. The data of psychodiagnostic examination; the results of the testing the model in the empirical study have been given.
