Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental study of the problem of gender features of life aspirations of future law enforcement officers in the professional field. Considerable components of life aspirations are revealed through the following characteristics: cognitive, motivation and values, operational and regulatory. Social and psychological training of life aspirations development in future law enforcement officers was developed and tested. Its effectiveness and feasibility of implementation in the educational process of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine were justified.
