Essay

The aim of this work is to ensure the rational use of technical gondola by increasing their reliability by vibrating discharge. The relation between the number of bulk cargo in the back gondola and values of vibration acceleration gondola. Investigated the relationship between the vibrating body acceleration gondola, forcing frequency power handling facilities and its reliability. The effect of forcing frequency vibration of overhead power handling cars on the effectiveness of the discharge. A method of unloading bulk cargo vibration of gondola, which is based on the choice of frequency depending on the properties of the bulk material and the number of its residues in the car. Experimentally confirmed the relationship between body acceleration vibration gondola, forcing frequency power handling facilities and its reliability. Developed and introduced into production a new machine for vibration unloading bulk cargo from gondola, which instead of using existing general circulation will reduce gondola.
