Essay

Object - a private sector of the educational system of Ukraine. Aim - to determine philosophical and conceptual principles of the development of private higher education in the conditions of modernization of the Ukrainian educational system. Methods - anthropological interpretation and anthropological reduction, historical and genetic, comparative and historical, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, generalization, theoretical modeling. Novelty - on the basis of generalization of philosophic experience of private higher education's reflexions and analyses of its functional possibilities it was substantiated the expediency of its consideration and development as a modernizational factor , it was worked out the author's methodological program of substantiation philosophical and conceptual basis of development of private higher education in modern socio-cultural context, it was proved that private higher education should develop not as a separate, alternative, non-state sector in the system of education for the effective realization of its social potential, but as a specific sphere of experimental and innovative educational space, it was proposed the understanding of modern private higher education as totality of institutionalized structures and social practice in educational and cultural space. Results can be applied in the process of further development of conceptual principles of development of modern higher education and be used as theoretical and methodological strategies of modernization of concrete educational systems and practices with the extensive understanding of interaction of historical and modern tendencies in the sphere of higher education.
