This research is focused on the problem of senior teenagers' personal self-realization in the children rest camp. The author presents a theoretical analysis of the major approaches to a personal self-realization of senior teens. The author has developed the criteria, indicators and levels of personal self-realization of senior teenagers; has substantially justified the social and educational conditions of personal self-realization and also has implemented them into the educational process of the children rest camp; has developed innovative forms and methods of work with senior teenagers.
