The thesis is devoted to the problem of improving the management of the image of the institution on the basis of project-oriented approach. The model provides a logically reasonable decomposition problem of image formation, the incorporation of external and internal factors, the mapping properties and laws of the image of the institution, as well as step by step solution of the problem under control design - based management of the institution's image. We developed a Markov model for predicting changes in the state's image of the institution that allows efficient use of material resources, as well as the flexibility to respond to any changes within the institution and in the environment.
