The aim of the thesis is to develop a method for determining the optimal main elements and characteristics of a mono-hull high-speed passenger ship (MHPS) in the initial stages of its design. In the thesis the model of the group MHPS and solved set of stochastic problems of its operation based on the use of queuing theory and simulation method.
