Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of morphological changes in the kidneys postnatal ontogenesis and under the influence of chemical and radioactive pollutions. For the first time using complex methods of morphological investigations and factor analysis revealed morphological relationships between different components of the nephrons and individual links of microcirculatory pathway of kidney, patterns of morphogenesis of components of juxtaglomerular complex in the postnatal period. New data on the intensity of anthropogenic pollution are found by complex analysis of morphological parameters of multilevel test-objects. The changes of organometric and morphometric parameters of the kidney, distribution of blood vessels with juxtaglomerular cells and their frequency, of three types of endocrine cells under the influence of man-made pollution are found. Steps of the synthesis of granules in juxtaglomerular cells are established, their dependence on the duration of the exposure of xenobiotics in environment are proved. The value of cells of macula densa and extraglomerular mesangial cells („lacis cells”) within the tubular-glomerular feedback has been identified.
