Medintsov V. Innovation value management in construction programs of complex objects (as an example - ChNPP "Confinement" object)

One of the problems during realization of the effective enterprise innovation management system task is determination of the united value measure of the innovation activity products including intellect component. The algorithm of identification, characterization & calculation of the innovation project product intellect component value has been developed for this task solution. The current algorithm has been applied for development of the innovation value management imitating dynamic model. With this purpose: the innovation activity terms and notions have been analyzed and adapted to the modern production conditions; enterprise diversification strategic items have been specified and harmonized in accordance with management methodology of innovation development programs; respective project management methodologies instruments and methods have been described and applied; the scheme, algorithm and criteria of the phased analysis, preparation and control of the innovation introduction process in complicated construction projects' programs have been developed on basis of the project life cycle scheme decomposition (see ISO 21500). The distinguishing characteristic of the conducted research is the following: the basic decisions have been made on basis of innovation activity management practice during "Confinement" Project realization at Chernobyl NPP Site. After appropriate adaptation the research results may serve as a basis during innovation activity organization at any enterprise, in various activity areas.
