Thesis is devoted to the development of models and methods of integrating operational and design processes in human resources management project-oriented businesses. A matrix model of personnel management of project-oriented companies in the design and operations, which allows you to establish a relationship with a portfolio of project plans production plans of enterprises in which the portfolio is realized.
