Kvashuk V. Project-organizational management of civil protection system office for increasing the life safety

The dissertation is devoted to the developing of models, methods and mechanisms of project management, programs and project portfolios at increasing life safety through the system office control at emergencies. To create the optimal management conditions of the project environment and providing with staff at the level of competence approach through the office it is developed the models of the structure of Unified System of Civil Protection and strategic planning and, consequently, training of team building of project managers who are capable of performing the tasks to improve life safety in case of emergencies.
