Essay

Аccording to comparative-law approach in the dissertation was made analysis of processes of establishment of the Bar first in prerevolutionary Russia as a result of judicial reform in 1864, and then in modern Ukraine after the creation of the preconditions to ensure by the independent bar the needs in legal protection of human, citizens and legal entities rights. During the creation of a juror advocacy in Russia, it had to overcome the resistance of the reactionary forces among the supporters of absolutism. Creating Advocacy in modern Ukraine on the experience of democratic countries based on the rule of law principle allowed to unit lawyers in the Association of Advocates of Ukraine with better use opportunities which were available to the creators of judicial reform of 1864.
