The methodology of the creation of dental medicines in the form of antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory activity gel on the basis of СО2 chamomile and sage extracts for the treatment of the oral cavity inflammatory diseases and formed under the removable dentures bedsores is developed. The methodology is based on the performance of a complex process of pharmaco-technological and physicochemical, biopharmaceutical and biological studies ,that ensure the compliance of drugs to the modern requirements from the point of their competitiveness estimation.
