The thesis is devoted to the socio-philosophical analysis of corruption delict, the basic categories and methodological tools; systematization of delinquency, characteristics of its influence in Ukrainian society. Based on existing theoretical concepts, approaches and methodological apparatus corruption delict is disclosed. As well as its historical, social, anthropological, ontological and structural (institutional) and semantic aspects. The phenomenon of corruption delict is analysed as a component of corruption.
